Qualifications:

*22+ years of proven experience helping individuals reach their full potential, and assisting institutions in meeting their stated mission and vision for their respective communities

* Facilitation of training sessions, orientations, conferences, and retreats for tens of thousands of participants in the New York/Tri-State Area and beyond

* Partnerships, programs, and initiatives with NYC Health+Hospitals, NYC CAB/Community Advisory Boards, The Center to Promote Healthcare Studies, The Center For Training, Easton Consulting Group of New York, CWE, 1199/SEIU, TEF/Training and Education Fund, Job Security Fund

*Possesses a clear enthusiasm for adult education

*Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with learners of various ages, levels and interests

*Able to engage participants in active learning and to connect classroom activities to real-life applications

*Uses lesson plans effectively with a good record of student retention and success

*Knowledgeable about relevant content and how to instruct in an adult education setting

*Understands how to develop curriculum with standards-based elements for assessment
